Meet Ben Kinney

Realtor, Speaker, Innovator, Author and “Nice Guy”

Ben Kinney began his real estate career while still in his twenties and soon became known for his powerful sales techniques, innovative use of technology and results. He now owns and operates one of the top 25 producing real estate teams in the nation from all brands, as well as multiple Keller Williams Realty Franchises that include 1050+ agents across Washington State. In 2015, he opened his first international brokerage in London, UK.

Ben is a nationally recognized trainer and speaker who has trained over 100,000 business owners around the world via his sold-out seminars, conferences, classes and webinars. Recently Ben was named the Inman News 2014 “Innovator of the Year” for his work in real estate and technology (specifically for the creation of Brivity and Blossor). Previously, Inman News named Ben one of the 100 most influential people in real estate.

Ben Kinney and NY Times best-selling author Jay Papasan co-wrote an award-winning book named: Soci@l – How to attract friends, followers, and connections to your real estate business.

Ben prefers the title “plain ole nice guy.”

Executive Team

Jillene Snell

Jillene has been with The Ben Kinney Team from the very beginning. She’s a driving force behind the expansion of the team by implementing our model of finding and developing talent in new and experienced real estate agents.

Ross Clawson

Ross has a long history of business success, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions and private equity exits. Previously President and CEO of Homax Group, a portfolio company of Harbour Group and Olympus Partners, Ross began his CPA career with Ernst & Young and was later with Paul Hastings.

David Wiggs

David began his marketing and advertising career in his home state of Virginia. He has over 20 years’ experience as a sales executive, business owner and marketing consultant, and was most recently VP of Marketing and Ecommerce at McNett Corp.

Jarad Hull

Jarad has 15 years experience in the design and technology space. CEO of Blueroof 360 a real estate technology company for 10 years. He has prior experience as the Director of online marketing for Nu Skin Enterprises. He was previously an iterative design manager and CC interactive and has a BBM with a design and Marketing emphasis.

Erin Granahan

Erin is Ben’s do-it-all, right hand woman. She acts as his liaison between leadership, vendors, companies, and employees. She guides his day-to-day operations, manages and coordinates his staff, emails, voicemails, calendars, travel and everything in between. Her craft is the 80% so Ben can stay in his 20%.
